You have complete freedom of choice in creating your special ceremony. I have a large selection of ceremony samples, poems, quotes and vows which you can mix and match.

Your input of special ideas and wishes is essential. Together we can work on a personalised and meaningful ceremony which will be a wonderful memory.

You can incorporate rituals such as flower lei exchange, sand layering or involve friends and family. As a couple starting a unique new life together you can enjoy the romance and experience your special day with a simple , stress free and relaxed ceremony in a casual and beautiful setting.

I believe that your wedding day is one of the most important experiences of your life. Whether you are planning a large or small wedding, your ceremony is sacred and special with its own unique flavour.

I specialise in tropical beach and garden ceremonies with some of the most spectacular scenery in the world as your backdrop.

A deposit of $250.00 AUD will confirm your date.
The balance of the account is due and payable 28 days prior to the ceremony.

Legal documents and requirements

You both must be over the age of 18 years.
A person born in Australia is required by law to produce an original Birth Certificate or original extract of birth certificate. If born outside Australia a current passport is accepted in lieu of a Birth Certificate.

A decree absolute or death certificate as proof that any previous marriage has been terminated.

The Notice of intent to Marry (NOIM) must be lodged between a maximum of 18 months and a minimum of one month and one day prior to the date of your marriage. The NOIM form can be downloaded from this site.

I am able to accept a fax or email copy of the NOIM provided the signatures have been scanned so they are clearly visible.
The original NOIM must be produced, showing original signatures, before the marriage takes place.
I may accept a NOIM from only one party of the marriage (if, for example, one of you is overseas), providing the second party signs prior to the marriage taking place.

I will lodge the forms and pay the fees to the Office of Births, Deaths and Marriages within 14 days of your ceremony.

Witnesses
The law requires that two persons shall be appointed to witness your marriage. These witnesses must be 18 years or over and be able to speak, read and write English. The full names of the witnesses are required.
The witnesses are not required to attend any of the meetings with me, but must be present at your Wedding to witnesses the ceremony.

Witnesses are required to sign the legal documents at the completion of the ceremony.
I can arrange witnesses at an extra cost.
